A rapidly growing family business

WEST Invest Group is a rapidly growing family business with more than 60 years of history. Our story begun in 1959, when Helmer and Doris Viiala established a company called Höyrytys in to provide local steam and heating services.

Since October 2022, the company has operated under the name WEST Invest Group Oy, and the ownership is today concentrated in the hands of the third generation of the Viiala family.

Our Group companies offer water treatment, energy and technology solutions for industrial and municipal clients. Together, our Group companies form a unique product and service package for the benefit of our clients. We are active in industries where, together with our partners, we can secure functions that are critical to society. 

WEST Invest Group comprises the companies Höyrytys Oy, Hyxo Oy, Sakutek Oy, Ubitec Oy, Ekomuovi Oy, KMV-tuotteet Oy, Enico Oy and OleiniTec Nordic AB. WEST Invest Group also includes three real estate companies and the associated companies Food & Plan Oy, Mittausguru Oy and XO Health Oy. 

WEST Invest Group has offices in nine locations in Finland and three locations in Sweden. 

All Group companies are guided by our Code of Business Conduct, which creates the basis for our sustainable business. We also require our partners to conduct their own activities in accordance with these business principles. 

Almost 250 work colleagues

Our success is based on our professional and committed employees, who typically enjoy long careers with us. We employ approximately 250 (2023) experts in a wide range of fields, including sales, product and service solutions, project business and maintenance. We offer versatile work tasks and encourage our employees to develop their own skills.

With the professional and cooperation skills of our employee, we ensure the quality of our work with a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Our new premises in Kempele were completed in spring 2023 and offer modern and comfortable work spaces. We also offer the flexibility to work remotely. Maintaining a healthy balance between work and private life is important to us.
