The Group

In 1959, working from their garage in Hiekkaharju, a small district of Vantaa in Southern Finland, Helmer and Doris Viiala established a company called Höyrytys in to provide local steam and heating services. Over the past 60 years the company has grown from a husband-and-wife start-up to an international group of companies, present in 8 countries with a total of 450 employees (including sister company Filter Group)

Today the still growing WEST Invest Group specializes in providing and maintaining integrated, turn-key water treatment, energy and steam solutions for industrial and municipal clients. It remains family-owned and managed by the third generation of the Viiala family.
